Tim Birkenmeier began his career with P2 Mission Solutions over 20 years ago working in the procurement department and quickly transitioned to roles in manufacturing management, finally landing in the role of operations leadership.

As Director of Operations at P2 Mission Solutions, Tim is responsible for all production execution to ensure that we meet customer delivery schedule, product performance, cost targets, and quality. He manages material and resource allocation, oversees procurement processes, and manages operational budgets to promote profitability.  He also performs and oversees contract management to ensure that P2 Mission Solutions runs with legality and conformity to established regulations and federal acquisition regulations. Tim is also lead security officer managing the Cyber Security requirements of CMMC and NIST.
