Kelli began her 25-year career with P2 Mission Solutions as the Director of Research and Development. Directing and organizing research for Homeland Defense product development, advanced expeditionary equipment, bio-containment equipment for the CDC, and protective/decontamination hangars for military aircraft.  She has twenty-nine years of experience in advanced materials and structures research and development in the military industry.  The last ten years she has been focused on design, development, and manufacture of defense life support equipment.

Prior to P2 Mission Solutions, Kelli worked at McDonnel Douglas where she leveraged her chemical engineering degree toward research and development programs for advanced materials and processing and where she was program manager for the Advanced Submarine composite programs.

As president of P2 Mission Solutions, Kelli is responsible for overall strategic direction of the company, managing the company vision with the ultimate goal of providing products and solutions to address our customer’s needs and with products designed and built by the P2 Mission Solutions excellent team. Kelli is responsible for management of personnel, budget and financial planning and overview, and direction of company daily activities
